My point is that we(normal folk) would GO TO JAIL! Mr. Rove apparrently will not, even though he may well be in contempt. And apprently, you don't think that he should go to prison either based on your response.

Since he refuses to testify, it seems to me that maybe he is afraid he will convict himself. Don't you think that everyone, from the President down to the common citizen should be subject to the law? FYI, I am not a liberal or a conservative. I am an Iraq war veteran who is disgusted with this administration. I say this so you can't paint me as a "liberal". I think that this administration may well have committed crimes and while it was certainly not the first to do so, maybe it should be the last.
