What is a "fair share" of our national tax bill. I would argue for a flat tax. Not the usual sort of flat tax. I suggest a really "fair" flat tax. Everyone pays exactly the same amount of tax. You take the national budget, divide by 300 million residents... and you have your tax bill. What could be more fair than that? But it seems clear that others posting here equate "fairness" with a system which produces equal outcomes rather than equal inputs.There would still be a corporate tax too. Each corporation would pay the same dollar amount as any other person.... it is only fair
