I would also like to point out that Banks have screwed consumers for years without any hugs or kisses via charges: - ATM fees for using another bank's machine
- Excessive credit card fees: Obscene usery fees of over 24%, obscene late fees, ridiculous interest calculations
- Excessive overdraft fees
- Excessive returned check fees
...and now 'main street' has the opportunity to say "F.U." to the banks. Good for the consumer!  You're only screwing yourself if you say "F.U.: to the banks. Main street and Wall Street are closer to each other than you think.
