Even though I do not think this needs to be posted for RR Members (most seem very aware of current events).
General Collin Powell, was undergoing treatment of an autoimmune disease, he had Multiple Myeloma, a blood cancer. Both it and chemo suppress the immune system. In effect, he had no immune defense. Multiple Myeloma also is incurable. So, he had a losing hand from the get go.
So long General. One of the very few republicans (him and John McCain) I respected.
