Interesting stuff leaking out from the January 6th committee: There is a treasure trove of communications between the wider conspirators and the White House. 34 of them were serving in congress, and MANY of those will be part of the next congress. There have already been convictions for seditious conspiracy to block the official electoral vote count and it's evident Jack Smith has or will have all this evidence. If he follows the law, (and I think he's that kind of prosecutor), there are going to be quite a few members of congress indicted along with The Big Boss.
Garland announced that Smith was hired to go after all the conspirators who were NOT at the Capital that day. And who would that be? It will be very interesting to see what Smith does about Trump and all the members of congress who swore to defend the constitution and then violated the 14th Amendment. There doesn't seem to be any wriggle room the way it was written.
