A lot of decent folks are not buying Thomas’ bull crap that he didn’t know the law. To be fair, reading many of Thomas’ rulings would validate the notion that Thomas doesn’t know the law.
The irony is that Thomas is the very stereotype that conservatives have of an Affirmative Action appointee.
The
mondo irony is that a senior Supreme Court Justice followed someone else’s bad legal advice. I suppose that if this gets into the courts, it could go all the way to the SCOTUS and Doofus could rule that it’s A-OK - unless someone else gives him more bad legal advice…
