bought some Swai today. Had never heard of it but bought a pound ($3.99) and it appears to be a very basic white fish
I felt like Swai was maybe a notch better than Tilapia. I'd sooner have Cod or Scrod or Halibut but the better fishies aren't really in my budget anymore. Almost anything pan fried in Panko is good!
