The easiest way to make deep fried ice cream is to simply wrap hard frozen balls of ice cream in two slices of white bread with the crusts cut off. squeeze the bread around the ice cream then refreeze. 1. put a pan in the freezer for 2 hours or overnite
2. scoop balls of ice cream into the cold pan and refreeze for an hour or more
3. wrap bread around ice cream, packing it like a snowball Refreeze for an hour or more
