Perfect recipe for a bread machine:

1 cup warm water
2 TBS sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 TBS olive oil
3 cups King Arthur Bread Flour
1 scant TBS yeast

Handcrafted breads are more fun, but a lot more work.
The baking season is almost here! Mabon, Samhain, and Yule.
I'm kind of over it after that...
