(Meanwhile started a pot of salted water to boil for penne pasta)
  • Put the zuchinni aside. In the same skillet, I browned ground itailian seasoned chicken sausage.
  • Added chopped garlic
  • Added two hot house tomatoes, diced
  • Added about 1/2 cup of Prego Spaghetti sauce
  • Added 1/3 cup of cream cheese
  • Added 4 tsp of butter

(Let the butter and cream cheese melt into the mix and swirled it around)
  • Added a cup of plain water and simmered
  • Added cooked al dente penne pasta
  • Added the browned zucchini
  • Sprinkled mozz and parm cheese on top
  • Baked at 450 for 15 mins
  • Let rest 5 mins
